Sorry to hear your news about your dad. Thoughts are with you, I lost my grandad 👴 a few years ago and I can relate as he brought me up and was my dad. Please accept my condolences. I find that riding the bike is very much like mindfulness you are in the present and all one's attention is bike associated, as you say this level of focus is a break from everything and you can enjoy making the machine work. I try to couple shopping for food with an interesting route and this keeps my skills up.
So sorry Reg, brilliant video I’m sure a lot of people can relate to how you’re feeling.
