    You are right, I work in a UK hospital and riding my bike there and back gets me to switch off from what's happening and yes it is real.

    6 weeks on complete lockdown here in New Zealand, and we're not even riding, surely you can last "2 weeks without riding"….if you're ignoring the governments rules, that's how the virus transmitts. We've flattened the curve literally from staying home, supermarkets are open but nothing else…
