It aint easy bro, I feel you. May I suggest also when this thing clears out try some martial art. Kickboxing, boxing or jiu jitsu helped me a lot with my anxiety. And remember it cant rain all the time bro 😉 there is beauty even in the most darkest of times.

Two weeks? Here (Spain, Madrid) we've been on lockdown without being able to drive for over 2 months. You have it easy. But I agree: riding helps a lot

I wish I had your ability to articulate your frustrations, and being able to vent like you just did. Must've felt amazing

Absolutely yes!! I LOVE throwing a leg over my Harley & letting the stress, depression & anxiety just melt away. The best therapy I could have right now. ❤❤❤

Wind therapy is true therapy. You are fully engaged mentally and physically while riding. Endorphins rush through your body. Whatever was on your mind before you kicked a leg over…is put on the back burner. It is like a mini vacation. Personal time. Gives you a different perspective on life. A truly healthy distraction.

Keep up the good work man!

You’ve pretty much described my life, put my head/feelings/thoughts perfectly into words….getting my first bike 2yrs back & what it has done for me…been a life saver 👍🏼

Riding motorcycles is a lot like flying an airplane. I flew for a few years way back when. Some of those guys had rode. One pointed out the similarities in what you get out of it and the similarities in what we put into it. Some of what you say sounds a lot like me. After a while on the bike, I find I’m calm and clear and only focusing on riding the bike – the bad mood is gone. God bless.
