And now a study from the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behaviour, at the University of California, Los Angeles, has proven that riding is, in fact, very good for your mental health. –

Would this count when it comes to mobility scooters as well?
I ask because I went through a period last year where a couple of things got on top of me and I wanted to go out on my scooter and just go for a ride. It didn't matter where I went I just wanted to get out of the house, and I have to admit, for that period of time I was out, I felt a lot better in myself.
Good video as always mate
Antidepressants on two wheels.
I am an absolute believer that the motorcycle rides clear the mind Quicken the reflexes and loosen up the body.
Riding your motorcycle you're using both hands both feet peripheral vision and you're alert to all that surrounds you.
There's no doubt when shit's getting on top of you the best therapy for me isn't in a bottle of JD (nice as it is) but getting the bike out and just fucking off anywhere for an hour or two, works wonders
I will never be able to ride a motorcycle myself for personal reasons, but getting on the back of bikes that belong to friends of mine who mostly all own HD's, and being able to ride along on the back seat with them, I can honestly say I agree that it's a great way to clear the mind, with the rumbling of the V-Twin, and the open view ahead of you. And I don't get a lot of chances to ride along with my friend's, so I would definitely say yes to every chance I get. πππππ
100% for me Dibber feel great when my ride is over.
DibberInTheWind, Itβs not called wind therapy for nothing. π Excellent video. H & R
Always releases stress because I ride to the bar ….lol
I reckon it's 100% legit. But here's why.
When you get on the steed and blast away…you have nothing other to think about other than staying on and watching out for all the cage drivers that are trying to ruin your brrraaaap around the country. When you get back…you forgot about what it was you were stressing about πππ€π€H&R.
Yeah? Good for mental health? Reduces stress? Then why is it that i'm a nervous wreck every time i throw a leg over. I don't do it to relax. You can't here……Personally, I do it for adrenaline rush! π H&R
