    I have tried and tried to get art to "speak" to me with no luck, but, i can appreciate the time that went into something, be it a painting or a super shiny chromed out Bike, i don't have to like something to appreciate it!

    Thank you for the interesting story. What comes to mind for me is the context of what if Van Gogh lived today(and other folks whose personalities/makeup was outside normative behavior). Today we are very focused on fixing people to be acceptable to others and society. I have to wonder would these people have done what they are remembered for if they were "fixed". I would say probably not. Einstein didn't talk until he was 3-4 years old. He would have been put in special ed…with van gogh, depending on when he was born and where, there are a lot of possibilities that would probably affect the outcome of his life. When you were born matters. I just finished a book called Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell. He makes a pretty strong argument for the complexity of outcomes that a lot of bootstrap thinkers probably should read. Anyway, thanks again for the video.
