Great video, looking forward to more! It’s definitely wind therapy for me!

  2. Richard Grueber

Thanks for sharing dude. Nice video 👍

We men have a lot stress in life especially when getting older. Riding has help me also even though my wife doesn’t understand that. Well good luck buddy an ride safe. 👍👍👍

  4. Dyna Riding NZ

Great vid and topic Bry. You should hit up dyna therapy and see if he'd do a segment with you. He's got some good content

Two wheel therapy and ripping through curves with my wife behind me are my most calming moments. I like many of us have an insane amount of stress that takes a toll on me mentally and physically. Riding is the one time that none of that matters. I focus on the adventure.

Great first vid for Mental Health Monday. You said one thing that really struck me when you mentioned “The Space
Between”. I used that analogy very early on in motovloging in a video I called What have I learned while riding. I found that is a very real thing while riding and allows for more free uncluttered thoughts abs ideas to flow. I can’t believe you mentioned the same thing that’s great.
FYI It’s also the lyrics to a Dave Mathews Band song.

Thanks for sharing and I hope it benefits many😎😎

I've always gone back to that same analogy. I used to mentor young guys and would use it when talking life with them. Look to where you want to go, if you look at the tree, you'll hit the tree. If you look at the problem in your life, the problem will become your life or end it.

Spot on man, When riding it's like the brain gets quiet. And all the shit that flies around just fades away and the focus on the here and now quiets out the what and if.
