Nice hat 😉😉 I agree on the media stuff which is why I genuinely don't watch or listen to it. I miss a lot due to that but I'm a hell of a lot happier for it. Whatever happens with your elections over there I hope you dont get speed vans…..that is the apolocalypse 😂 And yes, disagreements and debates are healthy 100%.

Great video sir, so pleased that your are confident enough to do these types of video, I know I couldn't ❤
Its a sad state where we become tribal about things that shouldn't affect friendships and relationships but we do. I agree its mostly to do with social media and main stream news media but we are all so addicted to it we ant get out of the viscous circle.
Have you seen 'the social dilemma' on netflix? Its very good but very scary and the one line I took from it over all the others was.
Only 2 professions call their customers 'users' , drug dealers and social media🤔
    Stay safe buddy, ❤👍

You are absolutely right. We need to overcome our fear. I like the way you explained how to overcome it. Thank you for sharing that.

I agree people need to turn off the media. The media has convinced people that, one, their political viewpoints are part of what makes them who they are and that any differing position is a personal attack on who they are. Two, the media has convinced people everything is life and death. Both of these things are so hard on even the most level persons psyche, much less someone who is prone to anxiety. I think the constant bombardment of these two things in addition to multiple other things leave us with almost a PTSD effect and puts everybody so in edge when it comes to anything political. I love these videos Bry, keep it up man!

Great video and message, Bry. I haven't done a video in over a week because I've been in a weird state. Being an independent all my life, I'm a bit crushed by the all-or-nothing attitude of the Trump party and the Democrats. It's just depressing as hell. Especially for someone who remembers a time when the Republicans and Democrats could disagree but work together for what needed to be done for the people of this country. It's even more depressing to see so many people run straight past confirmation bias and fully embrace willful ignorance. Especially those friends and family I have that who I know are logical, rational people but who you can't even have a civil conversation with at the moment.

I think the only thing keeping me from going down the well is that I still believe that, ultimately, the good that we have in common as humans will overcome all of this BS and get us back on the road to civility, logic, and a desire to do good for one another. This road of de-evolution that we're on is not a good thing. And it makes it damned hard to deal with anxiety from even "normal" life.

Hang in there brother. Tomorrow will come.

If we all had the same ideas we would be mindless robots. Respectful discord is what gets things done.
