Hello everyone, this video was one of the most difficult ones for me to do as i find it hard enough to open up to close friends and family.
however this has made me realise that there are probably far to many people that struggle to open up, leading to the situation worsening and eventually becoming the unthinkable.

What a interesting video. Mental health is just as Important as physical health. I've had my struggles in the past. I've spoken to people and I am not alone and alot of people can relate. Its not just the job, its the world we live in now, it's a mad mad world. Don't get me wrong I have good days and bad days still. The gym was a big one for me when started tramping, what I do now I either go jogging or put dumbells in a empty container if I have one on the back on a evening with a training mat and smash it out in there, try and work around it. The gym does help alot with mental health. Good video mate I'm here if you ever need to talk or any other drivers on here.
mate , i came back from Vietnam after 5 years to try to get into HGV, i failed the first test on 1 serious 2 minors, gutting, and its 370 quid a time to retest!! so I've got my retest weds. But unfortunately am gonna have to go back to Vietnam as the cost of living here now is a joke to what it was like 5 years ago, i would need to be clearing 2-2.5k a month to pay all the rent and bills , working 50 hours a week plus, so F THAT , you try to do the right thing in the uk and you get shat on ,
I've never met you and probably never will, be I feel emotional just watching this. I've struggled for over 20 years with my mental health. (I'm 34) very low mood, struggle with anxiety, what people think of me, and always trying to please others. I do talk about my mental health to others but sadly nobody knows what to do with me. That for me is the saddest part. Anyway, well done for saying it and having the courage to put it out there.
Great video and being honest about your mental health. I do fully understand ware you are coming from I have suffered maney time over the years from when I was young. You do keep it to your self sometimes you don't wont to let them down. It's hard for the first step . I am here as well mate im in my 40s and I still have bad days. Thanks again for your video take care

When things get tough most drivers I know take a coupple weeks break from driving most change jobs also they tend to decrease the hours that they do so u not all the time at the wheel it does get to u not so much the driving but other idiots on the road….

Not an easy one. So well done for taking this on. Always keep on talking pal.

Thanks for the video. Not easy for guys to talk about mental health. Too many people out there still don’t get it. Exercise is great for the mind though, you’re right💪
Have suffered for years on & off with mh. Best advice is do something for you everyday.
Keep talking. You have done the hard bit by opening up.
Hang in there mate.
