For me there's always been some underlying causes for my depression but the solutions are out of my control. I grew a strong affection towards a cute Hispanic girl. Salvadorian decent but grew up here. At first I didn't care about making a move but as time went on I felt that she was very interested in me and I had some hope. I bought her an expensive ass birthday present which was a Rolex I spent $6,300 on without any intention of getting anything back from her. She never asked me for anything but I just wanted to show her how much I would sacrifice for her. A while later she was the one to first ask me to "hang out" with her, take her drifting, ride my motorcycle together, go to bars etc. At the time I was going through some issues and couldn't hang out with her. We had set up some dates but she worked so much, she had to cancel plans too. I ghosted her for a while but always planned on hitting her up after I become more successful. Fast forward a few months, I finally hit her up but she announces she has a boyfriend now and he might "feel some type of way". That was painful to hear. I rarely ever chase women but I considered this girl perfect. I used to think about her every second of my existence and her adorable voice still echoes in my head. I wonder what could've happen if I made the right moves in right times. Had I taken action earlier, I would have a chance. But I prioritized money first, was chasing to be a software engineer and missed out in a once in a lifetime opportunity money can't buy.
That traffic merge at the end looked brutal. Lol!
