Bro thanks for sharing this. As I’m watching this I know exactly how you feel and it feels good to not be alone.
Powerful poignant emotions your share bearded ! Men often tend to be viewed upon as weak if they show emotion, so it stays bottled up and only unleashes during the darkest of days. Those days are crucial to emote and let it out. I appreciate and respect you sharing these very private moments man. Much love to you and I’m here in support of you as well brother. You’ve always been helpful to me via you tube etc. you ARE appreciated sir ! 🤘🏽
Hey bro, thank you for sharing your story, I know that was difficult. Respect for putting this out I really appreciate it.
We got you bud. We all have broken paths. Physical & mental abuse, poverty and everything else. Thank you for opening up and letting us know that its ok to talk about it
talking about things like this can be therapuetic, you're braver than I am.
people suck for different reasons, and misery loves company. the world of harden hearts will destroy all that reminds them of what could bring happiness to others. we all carry our own pain plus the extra the world likes to give. place that on someone else and the cycle continues. love thy neighbor like you love yourself, because you dont know what they are going through. much love BB
Thanks for sharing. You probably help many more that you'll never know about including yourself.
Thank you for opening up bro. Gets my mind thinking as well.
I hear you loud and clear brother! I suffer from depression and anxiety too. Some of it comes from loss, some from unfair life events, and some from health issues, but all of it hits hard at times. It’s taken a long time but I’m finally seeking out the help that I need. I have 4 kids, and a life full stress and triggers, that can hit me at anytime. I know the struggle, and you are not alone in this! Thanks for speaking out man it’s important that more men understand that it’s ok to not be ok! I’m local too, in the riverside County area, so hit me up if you ever need to talk or get some wind therapy!
Is all I want to say bro is thank you and I'm sorry for all your pain. You know I go through a lot as well and I'm here for you always.
