Mental health is a challenge for anyone, but for men it is stigmatized even more. Arco has Schizophrenia, he has had it since his 30s, he has been heavily medicated to the point of feeling like a zombie, it sucked! He is currently unmedicated and doing very well, sees a therapist for talk therapy and lives a healthy active life, clean and sober. Clean and sober is key! When you have your wits about you it helps immensely to delineate what is real and what is your head. There are some great medicines on the market and wonderful therapists as well. If you are struggling and need help, go for it! Get some help, do what you need to live your best life! It is totally worth it, I promise!!!
Much Love,
Arco & Heidi

Keep your head up Arco and keep going forward. Simetimes things get tough but you just need to keep chipping away and they get sorted in the end.

How could that dude keep driving that thing like that it must have been making a terrible scraping noise.

Thanks for opening up about mental illness we have guys coming to our sober living house in the same boat some think it's the end of the world 4 them i see how hard they struggle but you mesage on positive thinking is how we try to get these guys to start training them to think . I will show them your video as some need to understand its not the end for them and staying on drugs only is hurting their brain health more it comes a point were its too late for healing if they keep using thank love to see more of your story down that road that you stay positive about god bless your strength

You´re a brave guy amigo. Just keep doing that awesome work, and rest assured you have a community that supports you no matter what. And we respect you, now more than ever.
You´ve got some friends far away, dude!

Not because you can´t see them doesn´t mean we don´t appreciate your work.
