Mental health is a challenge for anyone, but for men it is stigmatized even more. Arco has Schizophrenia, he has had it since his 30s, he has been heavily medicated to the point of feeling like a zombie, it sucked! He is currently unmedicated and doing very well, sees a therapist for talk therapy and lives a healthy active life, clean and sober. Clean and sober is key! When you have your wits about you it helps immensely to delineate what is real and what is your head. There are some great medicines on the market and wonderful therapists as well. If you are struggling and need help, go for it! Get some help, do what you need to live your best life! It is totally worth it, I promise!!!

man I am ashamed to say I let my brakes get that bad……just working too much. Brake pad fell out and the caliper extended fully and ground off a 1/4 inch or more off the piston.
Sometimes its good to say the words out loud that we don't always want to say…..hang tough, you got this.
The heat is bad here too and I work outside in it. That stupid virus is spiking again here…..record daily numbers…..I am tired of hearing about it too.

I don't know how you feel about God, but he does help people with things like this. There is a group that goes around baptizing and praying for people, and they probably have people in your area. Most churches are ignorant and don't have much power, but not all Christians are like that.

Go to the doctor and have him prescribe you ,lorazapam,I never needed it,went to hospital several times, could not pin point my issue,when it came to bed time my body would act up,breathing,heart feeling weird,swollen tonque,it felt suicidal at some points.Doctors could not find nothing and send me home with a 10 thousand dollar hospital bill.A freind of mine told me try this just once,I did my body was calm,by throat and tongue swelling didn't happen,and for the first time I. 10 yrs I slept for 10 hrs straight.and it doesn't make you feel high like a drug does.It changed my life for the better in One day.

Man its cool to put yourself out there. Wish i had the courage to do that. I suffer from bipolar, depression and adhd. Lifes a rollercoaster but i get thru it
