Mental health is a challenge for anyone, but for men it is stigmatized even more. Arco has Schizophrenia, he has had it since his 30s, he has been heavily medicated to the point of feeling like a zombie, it sucked! He is currently unmedicated and doing very well, sees a therapist for talk therapy and lives a healthy active life, clean and sober. Clean and sober is key! When you have your wits about you it helps immensely to delineate what is real and what is your head. There are some great medicines on the market and wonderful therapists as well. If you are struggling and need help, go for it! Get some help, do what you need to live your best life! It is totally worth it, I promise!!!

I've had social anxity all my life. My cousin was in the same situation as you. I've been on medication since 1984. But it's good to have friends you can talk to. Wish you the best. And i hate to admit it, but I've done that to my breaks twice back in the late 70s. Luckily a rotor was only about 20 dollars back then.

Hey Bro – tough watching that. I got brain damage in Afghanistan and had lots of the wrong treatment. Best help I got with personality change issues was – always go back to that little boy that used to go and explore the woods- really best advice I ever had. It's that time when it's just you and nothing else.
