I'm just watching the vid and sorry to hear about the troubles you've been having….mental health is a real problem these days that we've all had issues with at some time or another. Glad you're feeling a bit better x #Lane

Mental health is very important. I hope you're fine and keep riding. Cheers mate. Peace and love all the way from Asia.

Just subbed I’ve always been interested in the S10 but I opted for the tracer 900 gt just seamed to get a lot of bang for buck on it. Like your closing words I totally agree.
Good on you all the best

My bike is such a help with mental health stuff. I don’t know what I’d do without it

Awesome choice of bike, I'm on my second one. Easily one of the most underrated and reliable adventure bikes you can buy.

Glad you are back up and riding again! Gonna add either one of these or an Africa Twin to my stable after I finish paying off my 2019 Electra Glide Standard.

Fully understood brother. Ex military, Aussie forces. Like yourself, I needed help dealing with stuff that others couldn't seem to understand. I now have a great support system in place and like you, the climb to the top is becoming easier. Close understanding friends, (we are all a little broken as my beautiful wife calls it), professional people and meds certainly keep me on level ground. The best therapy for me is when I get on my vstrom 1000 and just go for a ride by myself, or with one of my close mates. It's amazing what that time in the saddle can do for your well being. Stay strong brother, all will be well and really like the s-ten a lot. Great solid no bullshit bike, just like the big Vee. Subbed.

Thanks for the ride, I'm waiting for the last couple of feet of snow to melt so I can get out on my Tenere, new to me late last season. You spoke to me, when you talked of the struggle. Just in the process of figuring out I might not be OK. A ride on the bike will help I'm sure, a cousin with an open ear is also proving to help a lot. Cheers mate, fighting the fight, much respect.
