The question is now whether they will even bother retrying the case.

Whenever a police officer fails to use a proper warrant to get evidence that evidence is thrown out. That was controversial but it provided a good check to keep cops from snooping through your stuff without a court order. I think when a prosecutor fails to provide all of the documents then maybe we should start either dropping the charges or declare a mistrial. That maybe the only way to get prosecutors to do what they were suppose to do in the first place.

People who are put in jail wrongfully should get paid big bucks by the government. That was a large portion of that man's life and he has nothing at all.

The prosecutors involved, those who staged the event, and any else who was actively engaged should all be sentenced to the same length of time the man served, with no possibility for parole.

So what happened to the defense's Brady Motion?

I would say the man has an obligation to sue the people that committed the fraud for many millions of dollars.. Those brats deserve to have the rest of their lives utterly destroyed for what they did to an innocent person. Sadly, the rotten prosecutor is immune. Corrupt public servants need to suffer worse then regular criminals because they get a free pass and convict for wins, not for truth.
