so basically someone claimed there was robbery when there wasnt and a man was arrested after being identified for a crime that he didnt commit and the crime never happened, but it just shows how some people will go to a long way to try and scam insurance companies out of money…

Yea a family member of mines, one night went to a bar with his girlfriend he did get drunk behind the wheel and hit a pole. His girlfriend hit her head on the dash of course causing some bruising to her face. Anyways she was also drunk as well and she wanted to talk off but he had her to stay until authorities arrived. Later on she kept changing her story and later on he got charged for kidnapping and is now serving 13 to life over it. Instead of it being just a normal dui thing.

I filed a motion for discovery once for all the video of the street cameras where I was pulled over. They persecutor and the cops testified in the discovery hearing that they didn't believe they had to turn it over to me. Judge tells them they have to. Police chief then sends me a letter before the next hearing that they destroyed the video. Next hearing corrupt judge asks them why they destroyed the video and they said "thats what we do after 3 months." Judges asked them if they had the video when the motion was filed and at the time of the previous hearing and they admitted they did but destroyed it anyway. Psycho judge says 'oh well' and lets the cops testify anyway that he saw me go through the red light. He then refuses me cross examination and finds me guilty. I am not an exception. This is what happens every single day in every traffic court in america. The psychopath judges in their black dresses can do whatever they want and have total 100% immunity.
