With the help of Lost Motos, Steve Gamble (Man Anchor) and Percy Jack Motorcycle Co we got together for a morning ride and mental health workshop. Starting out at The Rising Sun in Newtown, we headed to La Perouse and back round to Marrickville. Percy Jack hosted us in there space while Steve Gamble gave us some great strategies for helping and coping with mental health. Heaps Normal kept us refreshed and ready to jump back on our bikes and head home safely.

Lost Motos is a group for guys who support each other through the vulnerable times to help facilitate a safe forum for men needing honest dialogue around mental health.

Man Anchor is a grassroots mental health and well-being movement that provides mental health education workshops for businesses, schools, and community groups around Australia.

About The Workshop Project.

The Workshop Projects aims to build a community by developing a local garage network where members can follow local projects and work together on local builds.

We believe strong, local social connections are key to good mental health and creating an environment that facilitates these connections can save lives.

The Workshop Project is a Movember and Distinguished Gentlemans Ride funded project.
