Arco tells it like is, living with Schizophrenia. He is out and about after dropping the kids off at school. sharing with you all some beauty of the north woods as he struggles with his mental illness. Little American Falls on the Big Fork River is gorgeous, and just what Arco needed to help clear his head. A hike with his dog Lily and some time in the woods top off a tough morning. Arco tells a few of the struggles of a daily life with Schizophrenia. A couple of mental health war stories, describing what its like to experience paranoia, anxiety, and fear. Men’s mental health is a real thing, some of the strongest men you know battle day to day with issues, and you may never know. Make sure that if someone opens up to you about their mental health, that you listen, ask how you can help, don’t assume they need help but offer it, they may not take your help but they will know that you are there for them. Check up on people. Keep their confidences. It is their story to tell, let them tell it.

Arco that was an outstanding vlog brother, I get you to a large extent as i suffer from PTSD after the loss of my 3 year old son to cancer. Life can be real tough sometimes, but keep your chin up and stay strong brother, you are a great person whom we all like and respect greatly. Glad I found your videos. For over 30 years I searched for help with my mental condition. Only in the last two years did I find a talented doctor who zeroed in on my problem. My heart is with you brother. My condition is not as serious as yours but for me it was as times debilitating. Love, hard work, nature, and my belief in God saved me in those rough years.
