Arco tells it like is, living with Schizophrenia. He is out and about after dropping the kids off at school. sharing with you all some beauty of the north woods as he struggles with his mental illness. Little American Falls on the Big Fork River is gorgeous, and just what Arco needed to help clear his head. A hike with his dog Lily and some time in the woods top off a tough morning. Arco tells a few of the struggles of a daily life with Schizophrenia. A couple of mental health war stories, describing what its like to experience paranoia, anxiety, and fear. Men’s mental health is a real thing, some of the strongest men you know battle day to day with issues, and you may never know. Make sure that if someone opens up to you about their mental health, that you listen, ask how you can help, don’t assume they need help but offer it, they may not take your help but they will know that you are there for them. Check up on people. Keep their confidences. It is their story to tell, let them tell it.
Let’s reduce the stigma of mental health.

Arco man you are so cool, and rambling is good as that is when we become real and being real is what we need to see. Being real helps others to realize life is hard, it’s hard for us all. But if we realize that light shines out to others and helps them see their way through the Forrest of life. Probably why many of us find solstice being out in the woods, it’s easier and less scary than trying to navigate through life.
And when we are real and true we will connect with others who are real and true that actually like us for who we are and will have our backs no matter what.
I love ya man because your cool ! You are exactly who you were created to be and that bright light πŸ’‘ of yours shines incredibly bright πŸ˜‰πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸ»

Easily one of the most memorable YouTube videos that I have watched because of the openness, honestness and explication of personal struggles. Hearing this helps everyone, those who struggle in the same walk that you are on as well as others who have never even had a serious thought or conversation on this topic. Thank you for sharing your story, I will remember it for some time to come. If I ever am in a situation that involves this particular issue, I now have insight that I was previously blind to.
