Arco tells it like is, living with Schizophrenia. He is out and about after dropping the kids off at school. sharing with you all some beauty of the north woods as he struggles with his mental illness. Little American Falls on the Big Fork River is gorgeous, and just what Arco needed to help clear his head. A hike with his dog Lily and some time in the woods top off a tough morning. Arco tells a few of the struggles of a daily life with Schizophrenia. A couple of mental health war stories, describing what its like to experience paranoia, anxiety, and fear. Men’s mental health is a real thing, some of the strongest men you know battle day to day with issues, and you may never know. Make sure that if someone opens up to you about their mental health, that you listen, ask how you can help, don’t assume they need help but offer it, they may not take your help but they will know that you are there for them. Check up on people. Keep their confidences. It is their story to tell, let them tell it.

Thank you sir for sharing your story. I have mental health issues for early childhood abuse. Took me 35 years to share my story. You dont know how good it feels to hear another man open up and tell the world that its ok to talk about it. I believe i was led to your channel to hear this message today. I have been in a tuff state of mind for a while and decided to look at some bodywork videos to freshen my skills up before i start restoring my sons car. I took to body work at the age of 12 to hide my pain from abuse, it was my outlet. I always wanted my own shop like you but the scars from my past limited me mentally so i have always been afraid to, so i have never lived that dream but want to as im almost 50 years old. Again thank you for sharing there so many men who are afraid to share there story. God bless you.
