It’s normal to be ashamed of suffering from mental health issues, but I try to get past my shame, to show support to others who are in the same boat. As a coworker, an actor, a friend and a father, I share some of my experiences, and what I do to cope. This will hopefully be the first of many videos like this.
If you enjoyed the video, give it a thumbs-up. If you REALLY enjoyed, please subscribe to my channel. And, if something really hit home, please share with your friends!

Good on you for talking about this topic. I can not even begin to guess how many riders I've known in my lifetime that use motorcycle therapy as a way to deal with their depression and/or anxiety. Probably all of us, to some degree. Some people jog, bicycle, workout, hunt, fish, etc, but there seems to be a special connection with riding. Maybe it's that operating close to the edge thing, near death experience, that lets us appreciate life.
You’re not alone. I too am starting to suffer more from anxiety and depression. I believe I just had my first panic attack last week as well. Also, that though has been coming and going from my mind. Of course I don’t even have the strength to carry out such an action. To deal with it, I usually talk to my girlfriend and let her know what’s going on. It’s all I really can do. I never really open up either about it. My parents don’t even really know much. If I were you, I’d at least give meds a shot and see how it goes. No one really judges about this stuff anymore so don’t be afraid. Everything has changed since that doctors visit, I promise you that🙂
Appreciate your honesty, brotha. Stay safe.
I was able to overcome anxiety, please check out my video about it on my channel and feel free to show your support, your support is appreciated! 😊
Take 500 mg of niacin and 5 htp all can get at a drug store or grocery store. Changed my life. Research niacin and flushing before taking it so you know what happens. Both natural anti depressions.
