Last year we lost our good friend Gav to mental health. The least we could do was spread the word with this video and help raise awareness.
Early this year we arranged a charity car meet at The Motorist Hub in Leeds, in Gavs honour. It was a great turn out and a day to remember.
Since then the family have officially set up the Gav Gill charity fund to continue the support with Men’s mental health.
The main thing to remember is, just talk.

Great video and great message behind it ❤ I've often felt fed up and what's the point… then I think of my kids and what it would do to them. My biggest struggle is approaching people to say hello. Would love to approach you guys at a trackday for a chat and ask for a passenger ride but the fear of looking silly says don't. Dreading 15th July for my 1st trackday at Blyton in case people come talk to me😬
