Last year we lost our good friend Gav to mental health. The least we could do was spread the word with this video and help raise awareness.
Early this year we arranged a charity car meet at The Motorist Hub in Leeds, in Gavs honour. It was a great turn out and a day to remember.
Since then the family have officially set up the Gav Gill charity fund to continue the support with Men’s mental health.
The main thing to remember is, just talk.
