Another entertaining video, Mark. I think I'll be heading down to check out Essendon Motorcycles and Mowers, what a great place and top people. Love the old -style looks of the Royal Enfields, beautiful bikes and great value .I could see myself on an Interceptor 650 or Classic 350 (but don't tell the wife I said that…). Great stuff!

Another great MCT Mark, looking forward to some more bike reviews. Glad you finally got the pesky bolt sorted, I've never hard great success with easy outs, when there is corrosion I usually drill out till you are almost to the thread and use a punch to drive some of the bolt away from the edge into the centre and that releases the pressure and you can wind it out.
I did notice on the first video that there was corrosion on the bolt that came out and also around the one that didn't, that could be due to the dissimilar metals. The corrosion can also cause a stress riser and lead to the fatigue cracking and failure that appeared on the stuck bolt, you could see the fatigue layers had worked their way in till the bolts failed.
Might be worth while just changing the bolts every few years to avoid a repeat.
    Love MCT
    Great work Mark

How the hell did he get a weld inside the thread? It didn’t he do that? I thought copper was soft?

Im still going through the video but just to add some left handed drill bits might help in certain situations as they would apply torque against the thread whislt drilling ( yes they are made, unlike left handed screwdrivers ).

You should get Benji on your channel and do a segment about his moto travels. His book looks like an interesting read for sure. Look up his Ten Desert Odyssey on YouTube.. what a great adventure!

Had a similar problem getting the headers off my old GSX750F I ended up taking it to my local bike shop they had to weld bolts onto the studs and they said I'd have never of got them out on my own it was a proper mess .

G’day Mark, thanks for another great MCT, well done, glad you got that bloody bolt out, & took defeat gracefully & went down to the engineering shop to get it done & sorted mate 👍👌💪
    Cheers Mick

Perfect tyre test, look forward to that!

Using an EZ Out is rarely ever EZ. For what it's worth, I've had good luck removing broken bolts with left hand twist drill bits. Enjoyed the video! Good stuff!
