Social media is mostly, not entirely, but mostly an illusion. If I could push a button and suddenly everything in American lifestyle would change; mobile phones would not exist, social media on the internet would not exist, artificial intelligence would not exist; I'd push that button in a heartbeat. Life can advance, technology can advance, everything can move forward without those items. Easily. And no one would ever know how destructive the stuff was.

Being a veteran I fully understand what stress can do to you. Take the time for yourself mate, your complete body will thank you later. Talk to the people who can help you fight the "Black Dog" that has taken up residence in your head, so that you can have a more enjoyable life.
