You said for you it's about the bikes, so why put yourself in the extrovert position? You millennials are a conundrum within yourselves, you want something then you don't, kind of like a girl!
If you are trying to break out of your comfort zone, well, stop with complaining and go ride and if you meet people you meet people, if you don't you don't, move on.
There are always niche groups that click with each other; stoner, hardballer, daredevil, jock, executive, gangbangerMC, touring, lonerider, twinkle toes and ricky racer. There are probably more but you know what I am saying. You be you.
Get on your bike and ride and STFU, ride hard, ride safe and live free.

I had more fun on my sportster than i had on my fatbob, and VRod i owned later on.
One of the reasons I don't go to bike nights is because the ones I have seen is all about shinny blingbling bikes. I love the look of mine witch is a flat pain, military color, unfinished look. Some say it's a chopper and others say maybe a bobber plus I have canvas saddle bags. I don't like to look like everyone one else's bike and I love the look of it. People that meet this description have a distorted view of what riding is about. I’m 40 years old, I ride a dyna cruiser and consider myself old school. I always wear my safety gear when riding, I don’t look down on anyone because of what they ride. Everyone rides the bike that’s right for them. We all have or should have a common bond in the love of the fun and freedom that comes with riding. I ride with guys that have sport bikes, my best friend rides a sportster and we all have fun just going out and enjoying the ride. The only people I have something against are ones that give motorcycles a bad name by doing things that are rude, unsafe, and obnoxious
While I only started riding during Covid, I ride a 400cc maxi scooter, and I'd like to go out and meet others who ride, but I have a fear I am going to get judged by how the fact I ride a scooter.
Man….. Quit your whining and just ride. It's a culture…. Put your time in and enjoy life…. Cause when you go down at 70…. None of it matters. 6-7 years ain't shit….. Live to ride…. Screw everyone else.
