I would say definitely just give the Lume a try. The initial smell doesn't linger when you applied it to your skin. I sweat a lot and I was on the hunt for a natural deodorant for years. I have tried them all and they work for a few hours and quit. Lume is the only one that works for me. I also use it in the crotch area and my feet because I just sweat profusely. I don't have an issue with it wearing off. Even in the hottest weather sweating like a pig over hot coals, it has kept me fresh. I still sweat, but no funk.

If, you were pulled over in Kentucky, don't be surprised. My ex bil is a officer he said at the end of the month, each officer has a quota they have to fill. If they don't have it they pull over anybody to meet there quota.
