► Turn Off The Bike
► Check Yourself For Injuries
► Kick Away Gravel or Dirt From Tires
► Put It In First Gear
► Put Kickstand Down (Depending On What Side It Fell)
► Squat Near Your Seat
► Firm Footing
► Get A Grip On The On the Handlebars

    My zrx 1100 went over tried lifting it the same as that not a chance in hell of getting it of the ground had to go get help

    The wind knocked my sport bike over. Without thinking I grabbed the handle bars and began pushing it up. My motorcycle weighs 390 lbs and you can really hurt yourself trying to lift something that heavy. What I did to help myself was I basically drove my body into the motorcycle. I didn't try to lift with my arms and legs. I got a firm hold of the handle bars, positioned my body to prop it up and then used my body weight to drive into it. I hate when my motorcycle falls it is always risky to myself to lift it.
