The laws related to animal cruelity are so outdated in India that people doing henous crimes get away easily. The government must make stringent laws to make animal life as valuable as human life.

Trust me I hate dogs though I don't courage to beat them but they killed my cats .. But still don't kill animals.. They are dimmed minded so it's liable for them to make mistakes..
