awesome car and video as usual, is it usual for old mini engines to be so tappy sounding or is a tappet regapping in order?

Will you need to have the reservoir above the rest of the system? Otherwise won’t it get air bubbles in the top hose?

Great job and amazing that you still have engine bay space to do all that. 👍👏

That’s a lovely neat little package for the charge cooler 👌🏻 great to hear it moving down the road too!

Hey Cole – suggestion – perhaps try lowering the level in the reservoir to below the return connector to remove potential back-pressure slowing coolant flow efficiency… ?

Hi Cole, I've also done an install with Stuart's kit, I'm using the decompression plate, And will eventually post a video soon on the install. Just a quick question are you having any issues with getting your bonnet to close? Says on the site that no modifications needed to the bonnet but mine is definitely not closing. Stewart’s a little hard to get a hold of these days, so I thought I’d run this past you. Thanks

Great video. I noticed the engine moving as you change gear. There must be some dampening rods available to reduce it these days. I installed a steel bracket on my 66 Mini back in the 70s that my brother made for me which stopped the engine rockin. 😎👍🏻

    Lovely looking build.
Compressing air causes a temperature rise. Exhaust temperatures in turbo has little effect. Supercharger also benefits an air cooler.
Cooler air is more dense, giving better combustion.
