On this round of beers in the shed we’re talking about the impact of COVID on us 4WDers!
We talk about some of the crowded campsites we’ve been seeing and how to avoid them, campsites you can’t even get a booking for, and the dreaded COVID tax on 4WD prices! Rigs like Toyota Hiluxs and Nissan Patrols and getting expensive, so we ask whether or not its worth looking at different 4WDs like Mitsubishi Pajeros and the Isuzu MUX.
As usual we’ve got epic builds in rig of the week, hilarious 4WD fails and we go head to head on the front lockers vs rear lockers topic!

Bargains are still out there, got my first ever lux for $1200. Ln106 turbo and itβs a little weapon!!
Love your vids! By any chance, do you guys know of a channel like yours, but here in the U.S. I'm too broke to ever visit Australia unfortunately:(
Agree the popular spots are super busy atm but we have 4wds to find our own bit of paradise do we not ? Been in the vhc for 14days over Xmas and just about every day got a cracking riverside camp to ourselves. Other larger campsites surprisingly really not that busy unless close to town or bitumen. Keep the wheels rolling straight past and explore a little plenty out there:-))
Despite the economy crisis it's still a good time to invest in gold and crypto
Turns beers in the shed, into damn mate Iβm hungover π π π
Everyone like a good snatch
I got around 8L/100 when my dmax was new. After making ready to tour, it's 14L/100! How you get 7 to 10L/100 is beyond me. If you are going off the read out on the dash, that's wrong. Maybe you have changed the gearing, if so what is it because if love to know what it is?
Happy Australia Day
What a game changer
