Bit of a personal video for several reasons, but after asking you to send in your questions, one of the common themes was regarding YouTube and how much money I make from doing it.

Sorry about the mental health stuff but to all those asking how to do this: be well heeled middle class, have access to decent amounts of cash (even to but several cheap posh cars as a young person you have to insure them and guessing this guy is about 21 so can you imagine the premium on an S63 or Quattroporte?) plus neec to buy a lot to get material for channel. Nearly all these young guys on yt doing this shit come from well off families and probably still living at home. Not being catty just reality. Youtube aint a get rich quick avenue.
Well done for being so open and honest Joel – watched a few of your videos now, and you’ve just gained another sub 👍🏼. Make sure you take care of yourself mate & keep talking.

I can’t post on your community post from iPad but suggestions for content next year:
– why not buy a car for hill climbs and sprints – can get into the sport cheaply and upgrade the car etc.
– build a kit car?
– more road trips / races with the missus, across Europe
– maybe aim for trading up fewer cars rather than buying more and more cheap ones
– drive some classic hot hatches and Japanese turbo charged 90’s and 00’s cars
Great cars and content. Seinfeld used to famously say that he used to write something everyday, and i think that helped him through the days. You are very close to it. Happy New Year!
Respect for you being honest, I would never have guessed if you hadn't said. Keep up the great work from a fellow enthusiast of older cars!
Hope you’ve had a nice break and have a great new year 👍
God Bless You Mate,
Your content is amazing 🙏 Hope your battle with depression gets easier as time passes. Stay strong 💪💪💪
