44Teeth out of the UK had a excellent episode that included a discussion on mental health – worth a watch. Riding definitely an escape for me and a chance to cleanse the soul.

100% a year ago I wanted to end my life. I reignited my passion for adventure and saved my life with anKTM 525 and a T7. I’ve done 10k miles in a year.. absolutely saved my life.

Wow, I knew riding made me feel better mentally, I could never put it into words. People tell me that riding is dangerous, and I tell them life is dangerous. Ride and be happy or don’t ride and be miserable ???

    I agree completely!
A very important topic to share.
I have ridden motorcycles for decades and even today my depression and feeling of anxiety started to fade after the first 15 minutes of my ride through the local mountains.
    Thank you for sharing.

Nailed it Rodney, Motorcycles are absolutely therapeutic! Divorced, my daughter and best friend on the other side of the country. Started my channel so she could see what I'm doing, and to also give me a reason to get out of my slump and on the bike. Been riding since I was 14 and the motorcycle has smoothed some very rough times in my life.

I think it’s, because when I’m riding for some reason I just feel free!
