How can Motorcycles HELP with MENTAL HEALTH – The Unicycle Shed

Mental Health affects over 30% of Australian’s in one way or another. Either yourself, or someone you know has their own battles.

There any many groups that can help Mental Sufferers and it’s important to get help as it’s SUPER effective in helping.

One such bloke in Eastern Sydney has set up a new group to do just that.

Based on the concept of a Men’s Shed, he has combined his love for Engineering, Motorcycles and the desire to help others.

In this video we chat to Paul Hopkins, Founder of The Unicycle Shed, a group that is creating a community of like minded men and women, that meet to support each other, whilst working on a common passion being motorcycles.
