There any many groups that can help Mental Sufferers and it’s important to get help as it’s SUPER effective in helping.
One such bloke in Eastern Sydney has set up a new group to do just that.
Based on the concept of a Men’s Shed, he has combined his love for Engineering, Motorcycles and the desire to help others.
In this video we chat to Paul Hopkins, Founder of The Unicycle Shed, a group that is creating a community of like minded men and women, that meet to support each other, whilst working on a common passion being motorcycles.
