Diet is the majority of all muscle building, you just can't ignore it. I had great success with the Agoge Diet plan. Would recommend it to anyone!

Currently i need help with what i should do.
When i started 3 months ago i was fat.
I started to go to the gym and in that time i doubled almost all my exercises.
I go to the gym 3 times a week due to school.
When i come home from a workout i eat something with a lot of proteins and that pretty much the only big thing i eat a day.
In the morning mostly 2 eggs.
So what am i actually doing currently.
Am i loosing fat or gaining muscle or both? I dont know it

So, I was 300+ lbs. a few years ago, now I'm about 150 (found out I was diabetic) I was looking for workouts to bulk up and found this message, its gold.

I am (male) 5'8, 84 kg (185 lbs). The problem is this, a few years ago when I went down to 63.5 kg (140 lbs), I still had considerable mid section fat (though fitting into small sized shirts, and 32 waist, I just always had to force my gut in. Otherwise it would just protrude out. What's the solution? You're saying to lose fat first. Well, I dropped much below the weight of a man my height and I still had considerable mid section fat. Others say that I should just focus on strength training and as I gain some muscles, the mid section fat will deplete as the muscles will extract energy from fat. Everyone I speak to gives a different advice.
