    You can build muscle and lose fat at the same time just don't have excessive Caloric intake. Always be at a defecit.

    Hey Steve found your channel it's good to actually get a straight answer. I was 460lbs as of Aug 24 2021. Current Aug 23 2022 I am at 320 it took a bit to drop this much but challenged myself to do so. I am lifting and managing my diet and doing caloric cutting. Is this a good rate? Also 34.

    I'm going to push and see if I can get to 240 in less time. Appreciate you sir!

    I was 180 this March this year and now I’m 220 , it’s currently august 30th and I feel kinda unhappy about it , also I’m flat footed and I literally have this bone in my foot that’s only one bone and not two , it causes my feet to hurt extremely badly every now and then and it makes working out worse , any tips man ?

    A1c was definitely a wake up. I immediately started a dieting and weight lifting program. I really like Steve’s honesty and no filter in his videos. He tells you the way it is.
