The pain I carried….came purely from the 'guilt' that I felt thinking what will happen if I walk away from my partner. So I rather stayed and suffered than to cause my partner any pain. It was all in my head!! My codependency!!!

What i found out now after escaping the ex narc is how many man are trying to dominate and manipulate.
I act on my instinct now but make the man run away because i see through the bs. Are there normal man left? I am wondering. Seems like the older they get the crazier they get.
Glad that i dont get involved anymore but the price is staying alone.

There is a program called organized harrassment..a large majority of those leaving the connected bully most likely will experience this. There is site called Targeted Justice taking a legal stand. Thank you for your enlightened posts and this informative channel.
