Hope this helps a few of you. Truth is, there is no one answer – we just have to do the best we can and try, i know its super hard, but try to relax and enjoy this silly little thing called life. Its not that much of a big deal in the end 🙂
I hope you enjoyed this riding series and i know its a bit of a down note to end on but things are not always like the movies and this is reality for thousands of people.
Big Love.

Just found this video. It's good to know I'm not alone. I find myself depressed and I have no idea why. I have a beautiful wife and children that love me, a great job. Why the hell am I depressed. I wish I could figure it out.
No one makes it out of this life alive. I suffer from anxiety and depression too, since I was six years old. I get where you are coming from.
I'm with you bruv
I think most or even everyone gets like that, myself included I take comfort in the fact that this is the case. We all share most things in life and being human is the biggest one. Ups and downs, swings and roundabouts….. Some wise human said once '' you have to put up with the rain to see the rainbow"……And some people say that she was just a big pair of tits!
Thankyou Doctor Baron, I think a lot of us are like you, thank god for motorbikes and Baron therapy to switch off. I try and concentrate on my family and bikes and switch off from the left wing mandy pandy do gooders who have stuffed the world and most people in it.
If you think about all the shit it just does your head in. Nothing wrong with looking after No 1.
It's shite, because we're actually dealing with most of the stress of things that we've imagined're going to happen, when the reality of the situation is, in most cases, they don't actually happen, so we've poisoned ourselves with all of that nasty cortisol, for fuck all! 🙁 Here's to focussing on the good times that're on the way! 🙂
