Hope this helps a few of you. Truth is, there is no one answer – we just have to do the best we can and try, i know its super hard, but try to relax and enjoy this silly little thing called life. Its not that much of a big deal in the end 🙂

I hope you enjoyed this riding series and i know its a bit of a down note to end on but things are not always like the movies and this is reality for thousands of people.

Big Love.

100% agree with everything you said – when I met you in Bahnstormer I wanted to talk to you about the subject but worried it would seem ridiculous. That's how crap having anxiety is – worrying about bloody everything and your brain is on a mission to take you down by searching everywhere for some to obsess over or a reason to not do something

Thank you SIR. I also suffered from Anxiety, then Cancer of the Face, 4 Heart Attacks, Double Bypass. One Failed Marriage. BUT I now Live with my 2 children and we all ride the Toy Run here in Tasmania every year since 2016. Life is Fantastic. 10 Minutes at a time and MOST Importantly Cuppa T and 10 Mins quiet time 🙂 EVERY Morning and Night. God Bless you SIR for your Honesty and opening your Heart and Mind to Us All:-)

I suffered deppression for 50 years until a doctor prescribed Effexor for me to take. My life in the last 5 years have been fantastic with very little sign of the black dog resurfacing. I know how you feel and for me, medication was the only way as my brain does not process ceratonin. Best of luck, love your videos

To me riding is one of those escapist places where I do always seem to find relief. While I do get the head-full-of-shit off in my own somewhere sometimes, there’s typically enough amazing stimulus to bring me back around quickly. It really is the best form of therapy… other than talking about these things with someone else who gets it so, thanks for sharing.
