Alex, it's an ongoing joke among Americans, that cats don't have owners, they have staff members. Because, unlike dogs, cats act like you are there to serve them. Although, we know they just show love in a different way. That's why you've seen so many memes, about cats being annoyed that their owners (servants) are at home more.

We have the same problem in the UK with people either trying to escape urban areas because of the virus or using it as an excuse to go on holiday to rural areas as happened during the various outbreaks of Bubonic Plague etc & in the process massively contributed to spread of infection. Our public parks are also very busy with people being off work & the Spring weather's beautiful. It seems that the stay home, social distancing message isn't getting through. There's calls for legal enforcement if people's behaviour doesn't improve.
Please everyone, it's far better to be bored at home than to harm yourself & possibly others. There's an almost perfect correlation between good health & a good economy. Therefore if we all want jobs to go back to, the fewer infections, the more likely they'll still be there to go back to.
Alex, you're far better off cooking at home & save cash. Every time you get takeout food you increase your risk of infection. It's an unnecessary journey after all given the circumstances. You can date but it's not going to be very romantic – got to stay six feet apart. Maybe take a megaphone with you……
