I haven’t spoken about this as much as I probably should. This is the reason I started journaling on Rennlist and M3 Post. I needed an outlet to get out of my own head. I live this charmed life and have been gifted so many things and yet I’m tortured beyond explanation.

Hey Matt I enjoy ur videos man , just wanna tell u everything’s ok . I’ll be praying for u man . Keep up the good work with the videos there great !
So much respect for you talking out about this. I have hypochondria too, constant..😂 so yeah thank you for speaking out. I'd love you to do more about this subject?:)
Diet advice: doesn’t matter what kind of diet you are on (keto, intermittent fasting, etc.), what matters is whether you are in a caloric deficit or not. If you are consuming less calories than your body is burning you will lose weight. Check out “if it fits your macros” I do bodybuilding as a hobby so I figured I would mention it since you talked about diet. Love your car videos btw!
I take medication for depression & one of the things that can cause you problems is chasing perfection when it doesn’t really exist!!, doctor told me that, but it’s difficult when you’re in that mindset. It’s hard to explain to others unless you have these disorders!!. It’s amazing when you have all these nice things in life it still doesn’t change how you feel inside. 🤯🤬😠
In a similar situation :/ Thank you
Here's my trick to controlling weight on demand.
– Drink lots of water, more then you think you need.
– Completely remove processed sugar from your diet.
– Never eat right before bed.
– Drink water instead of snack unless you're actually hungry.
– Wait till you're actually hungry, stomach growls kind of situation.
– Only eat untill the food doesn't taste as satisfying as the first bite.
– Drink water immediately upon rising and before bed.
– Be as active as your body allows, cardio goes a long way.
– When eating out, refuse excess portions.
– Learn to love oatmeal for breakfast 🙂
Habits are hard to break but if you willingly make an effort to flip the switch you will drop unwanted fat like it's nothing.
Water weight is good, it sweats out easy 🙂

God bless you Matt. 🙏
Hey man, i just want you to know that you're not the only one. I am also extremely ocd with my car and just everyday life. Not wanting to take my car out when it's raining, parking spots etc. It becomes sort of a therapy for me but most of the time i get so many thoughts in my head and its mainly worrying. I hope you find some peace soon bud 👊
I’m a young guy and I’ve been dealing with some developmental anxiety and whenever I see you share it just makes me feel great and hopeful that I’ll be able to live with it some day. You rock man you’ve become my favorite detailing personality in recent months.
