It’s well known all these FUD articles will start being dredged up against Tesla. When Tesla share price is down. Here comes big oil, like wolves with these baseless lies, bitting at the heals of Tesla. In this case, the driver is totally at fault, not Tesla. It’s the same as putting your car in “Cruise Control” and driving down city streets. The car won’t stop an traffic lights, or intersections. You do this, and you will be liable for any traffic accidents. Just as in this case. Another thing, FSD beta was not available in 2016, it was first released to a few select drivers in 9/25/21.
how about other brand? only tesla car get accident?
Autopilot is not Full self driving. No one uses cruise control on city streets expecting it to obey red lights.
