I now have my Bachelor’s degree in criminal program support services. 📚 I hope to use my experience in the system and my degree to help others better understand addiction and our prison system. I was 15 years old when I got clean and sober after five stents in forced rehab, and 3 failed suicide attempts, the first one at the age of 13 years old. I started using and drinking when I was 9 years old. Fast forward and this year I just celebrated my 30 years anniversary. Women who are white or light skinned like yourself have been prioritized over darker skinned women or people for centuries. United States and Canada are BUILT on this, valuing people on their race or skin tone.
To get the media obsessed with any case it’s often up to the family to be a pain in the ass and be available to talk to the media constantly the cases you see get maximum attention it seems to be the family who is constantly involved, taking to the media and law enforcement the squeaky wheel gets the most attention, sad but true.

It's not racist ffs. She's was just some youtuber or influencer and that's why it's getting more coverage. If people covered every single missing person, all the man-power for every media company would be spent on that alone. It's not cause she's white, its cause she's "famous."
