On the 21st May 2023 I took the zephyr out for the 1st time in a long time and put on my finest dapper clothing and took part in the Distinguished gentleman’s ride in Southend on sea to raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health , suicide prevention and prostate cancer research. Thank you to everyone who sponsored me and flora and helped us raise s total of £276 .
