On Sunday May 22nd Rio Rancho and Albuquerque participated in a record-breaking Men’s Health benefit event.
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride 2022 was another record-breaking year for New Mexico Gentlefolk! This global simultaneous ride is a themed motorcycle event where riders raise funds for the Movember Foundation by dressing dapper and riding in style from location to location. A record 182 riders participated this year raising 13,383.00 for the cause locally!
The ride started at Café Bella Coffee in Rio Rancho for AM rider check in, conversation and photos, then organized into three groups they made their way in parade fashion to Rust is Gold Coffee in Albuquerque for a mid-way Moto Meet Up. After conversation and a break, the entire group once again hit the road in fashion and headed to the historic Albuquerque Press Club for a grand celebration, hosted lunch, awards presentation, and reception activities.

Troy Rivas took the top fundraiser position for a second-year bay raising 1573.36 this year. Global totals over 90,000 riders in 803 cities and 104 countries raised $5.5 million USD! An outstanding accomplishment, much-needed funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health by the community of distinguished gentlefolk.
