Hi Joe. Have watched your vids for a couple of years, but itโ€™s the first time Iโ€™ve felt moved to comment. Just wanted to say thanks for sharing. So important for people to talk about how they feel. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ
We live in Italy near the Dolomites, so if you ever want to come and explore some amazing roads and trails, weโ€™d love to show you round. Keep up the great content. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Joe, this is fantastic. Your commentary on the Bike sounded so natural.

Joe, I really appreciated this video. 1. Thank you for your bravery in speaking about mental health and struggles. Please know how proud I (and the community I'm sure) are of you and the success you've attained in these last years. You've gone from strength to strength, and long may that continue. 2. U enjoy the bike content as well as the normal car content. Please keep it coming. 3. On a lighter note, did you go for that ice cream? I think you should consider doing something like an ice cream equivalent to the coffee run in a hot car, but with a motorbike. Like, "Morning Gelato Run in a Hayabusa!" Could get some clicks with that. Anyway, once again, thanks for everything you do, and keep up the great work. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Depression is one of the most horrible things in life. Now, at 37, i recognize signs of it way sooner than i used to do. This helps me a lot.
Not enough sleep is one of my greatest triggers. I used to feel like i was the only one feeling like this. I've been to the point of writing a suicide letter, which was extremely sad. Now, the last couple of years, i got married, got twin boys and like my job. I still have to be aware, but i thank God i am still here.
Keep faith and try to enjoy things in life. You are a great guy Joe! Thank you for being so honest.

Been dealing with a lot of personal troubles myself, and the subsequent daily battle of the mental health rollercoaster. My Bike has saved my life, no doubt about it, getting the knees in the breeze and within 2 minutes you can feel it clearing your head. Happy riding Joe!

Looks great. Used to have bikes in my late teens and early 20's. But now, as an older person, …outside computer games where you get another life if things go wrong… I just can't get my head around the risks of bikes.

With regard to mental health, what I have learnt over time is that when the lows hit the best defence is to get doing something (anything) that requires your full focus, that busies your conscious mind so there is no room for the bad thoughts. Kind of correlates with your experience on the bike (?) The issue is that when you feel low that is when you can feel least like doing something….just got to get behiund yourself and push ! Also agree that it is hard to explain to non-sufferers that you don't feel low because of 'something'…you just feel low !

Nothing better for my mental health than that road between Aylesbury and Buckingham early on a Sunday morning ๐Ÿ™‚
