Riding has been the best way for me to stave off depression since I was young. I like really fast motorcycles best, its hard to be depressed when you are hanging on with all you have! My moped is fun too, though.

Man you aint kidding.. i do not really suffer from depression, but i think we all at times get "depressed". it bummed me out when on vacation 2 weeks ago and could NOT travel because of the Corona mess. don't laugh, but i also enjoy watching and videoing my Birds in my Backyard and LOVE to grill and smoke Memphis Style BBQ! you kn ow CycleCruza readily admits he suffers from depression but Bike keeps him sane.. Take care!

Yes.. I have a cousin going thru depression now and I am trying to tell her just go out a take a walk. Going outside helps so much.

Depression is a big deal. Perception is everything. Like you, my riding is a large part of how I maintain emotional well being. I've been down the serious clinical depression road in the past. and it's not a place you want to be. It's important to know how you feel and share it with others. That way you can lift yourself up before you get to that deep black hole that depression can lock you into. Excellent advice Jon πŸ™‚

I needed to hear that man. Been going through some stuff lately. I don’t have a bike currently, but live vicariously through y’all YT folks. Trying to get another bike now. Just wanted to say hey and I appreciated what you said.

Show everyone a Mustang motorcycle. Stalion or Pony. That's what I learned to ride on. Always thought ford took that name from that motorcycle company. Early 60s
