Motorcycles have been a great therapy for me. I've battled with depression for 12 years and it never gets easier. Thankfully I have a loving wife who's there to support me and I'm there for her when she has her bouts of depression. Being able to ride my FZ-09 everyday, even if it's just going to and from work, it always feels like a little escape. The "mundane" like you mentioned is real too. Trying to break the routine of the day to day grind can be hard but you gotta find your outlets. Art, motorcycles, fitness, gaming, whatever it is. Do something to take your mind off things. Just going for a drive, whether it's on one of my bikes or in the car, really helps you forget the BS for a little while. Keep up the great vids Jon!

Most folks look at the World from a material view and forget or don't care about the spiritual nature of the soul.
