As I say at the end of the video I have wanted to make this for a while but I want people to take it the right way. With all this Mental Health Awareness is seems many are jumping on the trend and making videos claiming to have depression. I am not and do not want to be seen that way and that is why I have put this off so long!
I just want to pass on the lessons that help me everyday!
Also I have to talk about my situation honestly so you know why I am struggling and the benefits my life affords me.

Thank you Spicy. I do suffer from depression and anxiety, the last few days have been bad, I have and am having medical treatment for it. This video have come just at the right time for me, its refreshing to hear someone being honest and open about the condition. Thank you again, and yes Hayling is a lovely place to live! I too suffered heavily form Anxiety (Social mainly) and Depression when i was younger. At first i didn't realise what was wrong, i thought i was just being weak and i hated myself because of it, this only intensified the depression like a snowball effect. The revelation came once i realised it was Anxiety and stopped blaming myself.
It would come in waves or would be triggered by simple things like a memory….Then i would tell myself "This isn't how you normally are, it is temporary and it will pass." once i had found a way of dealing with it my depression started to fade away because i could see light at the end of the tunnel.
My depression has now completely gone, i still get waves of anxiety now and again but i just sort of, let it pass by in the back of my mined like water under a bridge.

I know this is a serious video an all, but the part where you saw a van with hazards on, that drives me up the wall! I have had vans pull out with those on! and when you see only the right side of the indicators you do not know if they are actually waiting to pull out or there is no body in the damn van!
